Muttshack Foundation is governed by the National
Heritage Foundation whose purpose is to conduct project activities that in the opinion of its
Board of Directors tend to restore, maintain and extend our national heritage in
the United States and the national heritage of cooperating countries throughout
the world. The National Heritage Foundation was established in 1968.
How Safe Is Your Donation? The NHF ensures Muttshack Foundation's strict compliance with
the Internal Revenue Code and Federal and State Regulations. NHF advises
Muttshack the Donor/Founder and those working with them in what they can or
cannot do.
The NHF Board of Directors supervises
every donation coming in and authorizes every disbursement going out. It
field-audits and inspects Muttshack Foundation activities.

abandoned and abused animals. Rescue, rehabilitate and nurture them to health
and find them quality, permanent homes. Stop the senseless killing of healthy
animals in overcrowded shelters by spaying, neutering and finding loving &
willing guardians.
